Prices are based on South African Rand and may change due to currency fluctuation, please confirm pricing on application. Use Google Converter as currency guideline.
Mid Season 2010 – R1900 (£145.00) per night: School/Public Holiday
27th March – 11th April, 10th June – 12th July, 24th September – 3rd October
Peak season 2010/2011– R3200 (£280) per night
From 11th December 2010 – 14th January 2011.
NB: Minimum 2 week booking for Christmas/New Year period preferred
Low Season 2010 – R1200 (£92.00) per night

Safe & Sound – POA
Overnight guarding available at reasonable cost, please enquire if you are interested.
Terms & Conditions
All prices quoted are the cost for the house per night.
Deposit: 25% payable upon booking, remainder no later than 6 weeks before occupation.
All breakages must be settled before departure from 25 Southbroom Avenue.
